Brianna Vigoa
Being an independent Digital Illustraor has been no easy feat. But with a bit of diligence and dedication, I’ve managed to produce original work I’m proud of. I work hard to bring any project to life. I have recently acheived an associates degree in Graphic Design at Santiago Community College in order to better myself as a digital artist. I work combining traditional as well as modern illustration techniques. Check out my work and get in touch today.
My school wanted a new logo to display around campus showing us as a tobacco free zone. I incorporated both the school colors to create a unique logo. My inspiration came from the iconic no smoking signs that show the cigarette with a cross through it, although for my logo I wanted to add a more human touch by showing someone refusing a cigarette.
Restaurant Logo
With each project I’m involved in, I see to it that it’s undertaken efficiently — from the initial brainstorming session and first rounds of sketches all the way to the final illustration. With this piece, I was tasked with producing a restaurant logo for an upscale Russian catering service. I really wanted color to play a role in the overall feel of of this idea so I chose these two regal pairings that really were able to come together, a nice gold gradient that radiates wealth, and a soothing deep maroon that reminds one of extravagant wine and luxury. I tied it all together with a very clean modern font.
Animation
Lip Sync Music Video
Here is an example of my personal work using my own characters as practice for lip syncing singing with action. I wanted to convey as much emotion as possible with the singing to bring out the passion in each of the characters.
Looping Gif Avatar
I was provided the task of creating a looping gif of a personal character for a client, I was able to experiment greatly with the movement of each layer of the character, I tried to time out each movement separately to really make it feel alive and each eyeball seem to have it's own sentience
3D Modeling and Animation
Donut and Coffee
I created this while following along with a Blender (3D Creative Suite) tutorial series. The entire process was really enjoyable and the final result is something I'm incredibly proud of.
Milk and Cupcakes
I created this as "homework" for the tutorial which suggested that I make my own beverage and pastry. The most difficult challenge was getting the right texture for the milk bottle.

Tobacco Free Logo
Art Show
I was tasked to create this unique project and couldn’t have been happier to do so. The objective was to produce a promotional piece highlighting the annual school art show. Working on it enabled me to use my knowledge and skills in different illustration and typography techniques to bring a piece to life which I’m extremely proud of. The painting and easel shown were digitally illustrated by me. The actual painting is a slightly more stylized production of the school logo.
